Responsibilities
- Support all exercise planning throughout the Joint Event Lifecycle
- Participate in planning meetings and develop and provide plans documentation
- Make technical presentations
- Develop and maintain programs
- Provide meaningful technical support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and three years of experience in the Joint Event Lifecycle
- Allowable substitution: Seven years of professional experience in the Joint Event Lifecycle
Key Experience
- Six years of experience in support exercise planning across the Joint Event Lifecycle
- Five years of experience participating in planning meetings and developing and presenting plans documentation
- Four years of experience conducting research and analysis of full spectrum operations in a joint, multinational, and interagency context
- Three years of experience assisting in observer/controller activities and documenting lessons learned for after action reporting
- Two years of experience supporting training plans and program development
Additional Requirements
- One year of experience providing expert analysis of other DoD, Interagency (IA), and multinational operations to ensure synchronization with USCENTCOM objectives
- One year of experience coordinating with other agencies and conveying a feasibility analysis for planned missions
Skills and Clearances
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- An active Secret clearance is required
