WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance ofnInformation Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and anynprocesses related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems includingnday-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of thenclient / server / storage / network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1n(Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis andnresolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication ofnstatus to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for thendispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolutionnprocess. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems andninstalls / loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity andnconfigures network components along with implementing operating systemsnenhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of ITnsystems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis andnresolution of problems.
- Manage the daily activities of configurationnand operation of IT systems.
- Provide assistance to users in accessingnand using IT systems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2n(Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations,nmonitoring and problem resolution for all of the client / server / storage / networkndevices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provide support for the escalation andncommunication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and performnsystem capacity analysis and planning.
- Provide in-depth experience inntrouble-shooting IT systems.
- Provide detailed analysis and feedbacknto agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.
- Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems andnremains involved in the resolution process.
- Configure and manage UNIXnand Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs / loads operatingnsystem software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure networkncomponents, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improvenreliability and performance.
