What You Need to Be Considered

- Strong problem-solving skills, with expertise in methodologies such as A3, 8D, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A commitment to a behavioral-based safety approach.

Salary : $113,000 - $145,300
