We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Integration Lead to join our team in a hybrid role based in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and support HCM Cloud integrations.
- Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Automate end-to-end integrations using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services.
- Design and develop OIC integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud, including REST/SOAP calls and FBDI File Uploads.
- Work extensively with HCM Cloud modules, particularly CoreHR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Build, upload, and manage integrations in OIC for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Develop and unit test integration components and web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC.
- Monitor and track the status of integration projects, reporting updates to project managers.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and best practices on integration methodologies and patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies.
- Train and mentor team members on OIC and integration best practices.
- Participate in client meetings and present integration solutions, including live demonstrations.
- Ensure seamless operation of integrations by performing regular monitoring, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers for Oracle application issues and code migrations.
- Provide technical estimates and design recommendations for integration solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions as a Technical Lead.
- Hands-on experience with HCM SaaS applications, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and HCM Cloud integrations.
- Strong background in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integration methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
