- This is a part-time with possibility of full-time on-site role located in Fredericksburg, VA, for a Paralegal, or Associate Attorney with 0 to 2 years experience. The Paralegal or Associate will be responsible for providing general support to the practice, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and owner. Associates will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and appear in court. The Paralegal or Associate will work in collaboration with other members of the team to carry out day-to-day administrative tasks.

Must have civil law practice experience- we are not currently able to train
