Position Overview
The Project Analyst / Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to oversee project budgets, conduct trend analyses, and create accurate forecasts. This position seeks a highly innovative, strategic, and analytical thinker who can approach challenges critically. The role also involves supporting key operational initiatives and utilizing tools such as Deltek Ajera for accounting, CRM, and project management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the COO on project and firm operating budgets, including monitoring trends, tracking progress, and creating forecasts.
- Support operational initiatives by analyzing data and developing actionable insights to improve processes and efficiency.
- Participate in corporate strategic planning initiatives
- Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports
- Maintain project contracts and financials
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Assist in implementing and streamlining systems and tools for enhanced project and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to support company goals and priorities.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for ad hoc projects as needed.
