Job Summary :
You will manage the coordination and facilitation of interviews across virtual and in-person formats, maintain compliance with internal processes and government regulations, and act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule interviews, ensuring seamless coordination of availability between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Manage and maintain interview schedules, tracking updates in Workday and other relevant systems.
- Facilitate all aspects of the candidate interview process, including virtual webcam interviews, travel arrangements, onsite escorting, and candidate event coordination.
- Provide high-touch support to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and updates regarding interviews.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to ensure required actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with firm processes and government regulations related to Talent Acquisition.
Candidate Requirements :
Must-Have Skills :
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving ability.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience using MS Teams, Outlook, Workday, and / or Avature.
- Previous experience in interview coordination or within Talent Acquisition.
Technical Proficiency :
Familiarity with tools like Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, Workday, and Avature.
Qualifications :
- 0 2 years of relevant experience; no degree or certifications required.
