• 6:30am-3:30pm
• 11:00am-8:00pm
• 3:30pm-12:30am
• 9:30pm-6:30am
  
  

Duties: Routine ER duties; codes; ER locums don't have a lot of trauma responsibilities EMR: EPIC

Deal Breakers

• Minimum Education: M.D., D.O.
• Training: Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved Emergency Medicine residency program.
• Experience: Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency
• Medicine Residency in the last 6 months
  
  

Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 60 days (completed application needs to be returned to facility 48 hours after receipt) Requirements: Case logs from facilities need to be returned ASAP;

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• NE license or IMLC - Highly Preferred
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred
• Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
