Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
Description: We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician to join our team at Protean Med LLC. As a Family Medicine provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our Nurse Practitioner and other healthcare professionals.
About the Position:
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer a dynamic work environment, supportive colleagues, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, symptoms, and needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements, research, and regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
- Current IN license and DEA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Family Medicine (desired)
- EPIC EMR knowledge (highly preferred)
