Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine physician to join our team at Protean Med LLC. As a Family Medicine provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our Nurse Practitioner and other healthcare professionals.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our practice is committed to providing excellent patient care, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our values.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (preferred)
- Active IN license and DEA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Experience working with pediatrics and geriatrics (a must)
- EPIC EMR knowledge (highly preferred)
