Front Office / Lab Coordinator
Join our dynamic dental lab team as an administrative assistant / lab coordinator! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide clerical and coordinative support for our dental lab. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily laboratory operations.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and maintain company and case data; ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow
- Stay up to date on lab procedures, leveraging this knowledge to optimize patient outcomes through effective collaboration with dental offices and lab technicians
- Facilitate clear and timely communication, ensuring prompt and thorough follow-through on tasks and requests
- Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence, responding or forwarding messages as needed
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing excellent customer service
- Perform essential bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable management
- Demonstrate proficiency in office software and equipment
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- Bilingual English and Korean preferred
- Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Salary
The rate of pay is competitive and negotiable, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
