At the direction of the Office Manager, the Facility Support Specialist will:
- Contribute to our team goals and vision.
- Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Take initiative and ownership of delegated responsibilities.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Facility Support Specialist job duties include:
- Receiving all company inbound phone calls, assisting stakeholders and routing appropriately.
- Managing voice mail messages, service emails, and text messages for timely responses.
- Assisting with Vendor recruiting and compliance management.
- Inputting new work orders.
- Monitoring document channels and escalating accordingly.
- Entering data in company software programs.
- Keeping the office tidy.
- Collecting mail and packages.
- Other duties as needed.
Desired Background:
- Proven record of working as a team.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Salesforce experience.
- 1 – 2 years of receptionist/administrative experience.
- Construction background a plus.
