Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and quality standards while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties and responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory levels using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are correct and meet the needs of the business.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring all items are picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
- Monitor order status and communicate with team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to place orders for restocking.
- Ensure that stock is rotated, and older inventory is used first to minimize waste.
- Receiving & Stocking: Oversee the receipt of inventory shipments and ensure that products are properly checked, counted, and stored in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before fulfilling orders to ensure customers receive high-quality products.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter inventory data, product details, and order statuses into the company's inventory management system.
- Maintain up-to-date records and reports.
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse and organization of the inventory
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as customer service, re-supply, shipping, and procurement, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to inventory processes and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Cycle counts.
- Troubleshoots problems and initiates corrective action.
- Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Document all information necessary to ensure reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services.
- Assist with inventory management including year-end inventory reporting.
- Responsible for receiving all purchase orders.
- This position will require willingness to assist in other roles and locations occasionally/as needed. This could require duties outside of your normal duties and travel within AND outside of your territory.

Experience & Qualifications include:
- Experience in home medical equipment field
- Knowledge of all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines and eligibility for coverage by third party payers
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as deemed necessary.
- Must carry personal liability car insurance with a minimum limit of $100,000.
- High level of attention to detail

Physical requirements
- While performing the duties of this position, employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time and must talk and hear. Occasional stooping, bending, twisting and crouching may be required. The employee sits, walks, kneels and reaches with hands and arms. Must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 300 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- This position requires the ability to drive an automobile.
- Must be 21 years of age to comply with company auto insurance regulations.
