Sales Coordinator/Specialist OH

Description

 This position will assist the sales team at a high level, while being a bridge between operations and accounting. This role has a solid understanding of the sales cycle as well as building and pricing quotes. This role must understand CRM software as well as provide advice on quoting, products, and recurring costs. This position understands solicitations, contracts and the bid process for government and construction industries. This position is responsible for management of GSA; and STS schedules and requires a thorough knowledge of both. It is also helpful for this position to be familiar with basic accounting practices. 

Sales:  

• Assist with creating and maintaining sales training materials. 
• Act as quoting specialist by preparing, updating & delivering quotes as needed. 
• Act as CRM specialist by accurately inputting leads, assigning them to DOS and create prospects, companies, deals, notes etc. This may also include pulling metric information for presentations etc.  
• Assist sales team with creating and updating sales documentation as needed to include quotes, scopes, contracts, emergency contacts forms, etc.  
• Assist sales team with creation of large or intricate more involved quotes.  
• Prepare for sales meetings by creating and updating charts, graphs, presentations, and other materials.  
• Attend and take accurate and detailed notes in sales meetings. 
• Assist with onboarding new sales team members and their training. 
• Prepare box sales through request or solicitation. Follow up on awards as needed. 

Marketing: 

• Work with outside Marketing partner to review website changes & updates.  This could include social media posts, blogs, verifying links, providing feedback, and approving latest content, drip campaigns and attending monthly meetings. 
• Assist with standard templates, graphics, small ads to boost company branding. 

Contracts:  

• Maintain registrations, schedules, etc. as necessary for government bidding.  
• Process E-Buy purchase orders. 
• Login, process open orders/PO’s, create jobs, and advise to close out, update with shipping info all to maintain favorable GSA advantage score. 
• Monthly and quarterly reporting for all GSA related sales currently to include but not limited to GSA, DMP, Identiv, Gallagher, and SAM.gov etc. This also includes regular reporting revenue appropriately.  
• Maintenance of capability statements for each entity. 
• Negotiates and executes contracts for GSA and Federal contracts and is the main point of contact for GSA consultants.  
• Maintain ongoing contact with E-Library to include price schedules, adding SINS, SIPS program etc.  

Prepare Bid Packages: 

• Review, prepare, and submit accurate bid packages with supporting documentation per the “Instructions to Offeror” in solicitations. 
• Research and track opportunities through solicitations requested on various websites such as SAM.gov, GSA, OhioBuys, Unison Marketplace, USFCR, OFCC, Plan Hub, etc.  
• Identifying requirements of solicitations and bid packages and ensuring deadlines are met. 
• Familiar with RFP’s/RFQ’s, bid processes and submission 

Various other duties: 

• Create quotes from various sources that could include emails, phone calls, vendor referrals or sales team, for in stock ProTech parts such as fobs, cards, mirror tags etc. 
• Research customer issues post installation as needed. 
• Prepare for and participate in trade shows, meetings, conferences, other events as requested. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen 
• Ability to complete a standard credit check when necessary
