Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing branch team, including recruiting, administration, and safety functions.
- Provide daily direction, set clear goals, and hold team members accountable for achieving results.
- Offer coaching, mentorship, training, and performance feedback to inspire and motivate your team.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs (e.g., job postings, career fairs, social media, and referral programs).
- Continuously optimize recruiting and fulfillment KPIs and goals.
- Build strong, lasting partnerships by meeting regularly with client contacts to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Drive field employee engagement and retention through effective management of the recruiting team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new business growth.
