Range of Pay : $18.00 – $30.00
Shift : 1st Shift – Working 4 days a week 10-hour days.

Job Summary :
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Tradespeople, including Carpenters, Welders, Electricians, Plumbers, and Framers, to join our team in the modular building manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience or recent schooling in commercial construction to grow within a reputable company.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial construction and have experience in one or more of the following trades : carpentry, welding, electrical work, plumbing, or framing. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role with the company, making it a great long-term opportunity for dedicated and skilled workers.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform a wide range of construction tasks based on trade specialization (carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing, framing).
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure projects meet design and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with a team to complete modular building projects efficiently and safely.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Use power tools and machinery in a safe and effective manner.
Maintain and repair equipment and tools as necessary.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in one or more of the following trades : carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing, or framing.
- Recent schooling or on-the-job experience in commercial construction preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and tools.
- OSHA certifications or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment :
This position is temp to perm, offering the possibility of full-time employment with benefits after the probationary period.
No travel is required; work will be done locally at the warehouse.
Full-time hours, with potential for overtime based on project needs.
