Job Summary :
This is a temporary position designed to complete a specific inventory counting and recording project. Candidates should be available for the full duration of the assignment (1-2 months) and should possess the skills to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints.
Key Responsibilities :
Track inventory levels.
Stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Monitor product movements, and update inventory records accordingly.
Report discrepancies, damages, or issues with stock to the Inventory Manager.
Accurately input inventory data into the system (e.g., stock numbers, product descriptions, quantities, and locations).
Update inventory systems to reflect real-time changes in stock levels.
Utilize Excel to create, update, and maintain inventory spreadsheets.
Generate and analyze inventory reports to track stock performance and identify trends.
Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in inventory management, data entry, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize spreadsheets and analyze data.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with team members and management.
Experience with inventory management software or systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
Work Environment :
Office / Manufacturing environment, with exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.
Regular use of computers, scanners, and other office equipment.
