Position : Production Adminstrative Assistant
City : Manteca, CA
Range of Pay : $18.00 to $20.00
Shift : 1st shift M-F
Type : Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary : The Production Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the production team and Human Resources in a construction environment. This position involves administrative tasks, coordination of project activities, and communication between various stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and project success.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for site visits.
Data Management :
Input and update production data in project management software.
Monitor and track project timelines and milestones.
Generate reports on production status, materials, and labor.
Communication :
Serve as a liaison between the production team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding project details and schedules.
Facilitate communication between the office and the job site.
Resource Coordination :
Assist in the ordering and tracking of materials and equipment.
Help coordinate delivery schedules and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Financial Administration :
Support the processing of invoices and payment approvals.
Maintain records of budget expenditures and forecasts.
Miscellaneous Tasks :
Assist with site visits and inspections as needed.
Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications :
Experience : Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Attributes :
