Job SummaryThe Project Controls Coordinator is a contracted position and reports to the Project Controls Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for the project controls data management and analysis for assigned projects. This position is responsible to ensure that the reporting is accurate and consistent with the stated objectives. Essential Functions - Capital / TAR contract management process.-Develop and maintain cost estimates and forecasts for all assigned projects.-Ensure contractor compliance with contract terms and conditions for all major project service contracts.-Supports the development of the TAR contracting strategy for major mechanical, soft craft, and specialty contractors.-Ensure all contracts change requests are processed timely to enhance cost forecasting efforts.-Responsible for reconciling, auditing, and attestation of all service invoices for compliance with approved contracted scope for all pertinent contracts.-Scheduler for all assigned capital projects supporting the Capital Plan.-Responsibilities include developing and monitoring all assigned capital project baseline schedules and perform periodic updates working with the project leads.-Coordinates the alignment of project milestones between the detailed project schedule and the Planisware database.-Provides bi-weekly schedule performance reports to the Project Controls Specialist for analysis and corrective action.-Maintains project milestone schedule tracker and provides status report to the Project Controls Specialist.-Analyze schedule progress as it directly relates to change order submissions including adherence to contract documents. -Maintains project milestone schedule tracker and provides status report to the Project Controls Specialist-MCI TRACK Support-Manage and analyze activity for labor resources.-Ensure each Vendor resource has a skill along with badge events, schedule and pay formula assigned within TRACK for proper calculations of net billable hours.-Manage override requests within TRACK.-Utilize reports weekly, at a minimum, regarding unallocated, unaccepted hours and unauthorized charges. -Run other reporting required on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly basis, or as required. Education and Experience-High school diploma with related experience -Experience in Project Controls or TAR support-Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office-Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data accurately and efficiently-Experience in engineering / capital project related environment
