Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with small to mid-sized businesses
- Initiate conversations and deliver personalized product presentations
- Follow up to close sales and manage existing accounts
- Log all activity in our CRM system
- Participate in weekly meetings and field development sessions
Requirements:
- A strong communicator with a professional presence
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to work independently
- Experience in sales, athletics, leadership, or other competitive environments is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
Compensation & Benefits:
- First-year earnings potential: $65,000–$100,000
