We are looking for an Operation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of our residential radon team in Louisville, KY. You will ensure service needs and expectations are met for all clients by monitoring the skills of existing employees as well as lead the training and cross-training efforts for your team. Additionally, you will formulate operational strategy to grow your market in radon services.
Responsiblities
- Plan, schedule, and review workload and staffing to ensure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
- Manage mitigation sales and service leads and qualify the leads; design appropriate radon system and create estimates utilizing company pricing.
- Work closely with staff to ensure all fieldwork is being completed according to company standards. They will work together on residential mitigation system design, project coordination, field technician training, troubleshooting difficult projects and guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the performance of the assigned operation groups and ensure performance is efficient, effective and services are delivered within budget.
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers and foster new relationships from leads coming into the local office.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards that have been developed to ensure quality assurance and adherence to state, federal and accreditation organization requirements.
- Promote safety by reporting issues through established channels and participating as requested in safety initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the workforce including :
- Maintain oversight of your team’s training and development plans; and
- Support your staff in continued professional development, considering talent management and the development of new roles and responsibilities, in conjunction with your cross-functional, national support team.
- Manage budget for assigned functional groups in alignment with client volumes and revenue generation.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and other facility needs.
- Assist Operations Leadership with reporting and meetings on service contracts as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

This position offers competitive compensation starting at $90,000. Compensation varies based on skill, experience, and location This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement.
