What are the responsibilities and job description for the PLUMBING TECHNICIAN position at Protect Environmental?
The Mitigation Technician, Water is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of water treatment systems. The incumbent is responsible for showing customers how to use their equipment, troubleshooting the equipment, building relationships with customers, and following company procedures. This position requires flexibility, strong time management, problem-solving and the ability to work in a team and independently as part of an overall team.
Essential Functions
- Inspect, repair, and install radon mitigation systems including :
o Configure and plumb the installation of the water treatment systems.
o Conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting issues.
o Install all materials needed; run pipes for plumbing and installation of the equipment.
o Occasional light digging and / or excavation of materials on site.
o Use, maintain, clean and organized company vehicle.
o Maintain cleanliness of warehouse Post installation testing and diagnostics of systems.
