Unarmed Security Guard

This role involves providing security services at various job sites, such as Incident Command Posts and Fire Camps, ensuring the safety of designated areas. The position requires readiness for irregular scheduling, including a rotation of 21 days on duty followed by 2 days off. Job locations vary and may include Oregon (near Bend), Idaho, Arizona, and California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas (on foot or by vehicle) to ensure safety and security.

• Control access to restricted zones, verifying proper authorization.

• Respond to incidents like trespassing, safety violations, or disorderly conduct.

• Report violations, including illegal substances or weapons, to law enforcement.

• Document incidents accurately, including photos or videos when required.

• Attend daily security briefings.

• Provide public assistance and information as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Divers License

• DPSST Private Security Unarmed Professional Certification (required).

• Security or related experience preferred.

• Strong observational, communication, and reporting skills.

• Professional demeanor and adherence to security protocols.

Note: As the role operates on an on-call basis, readiness and flexibility are critical. Upon receiving a call, you must immediately head to the job site and commit to the full duty cycle.

Pay: $400.00 per day
