Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Policy Oversight : Manage all aspects of clients' insurance policies, ensuring they are updated and accurately reflect current needs and regulations.
Renewal and Retention : Spearhead and execute the renewal process, striving to retain client business and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
Claims Advocacy : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the claims process, providing guidance and support through resolution.
Market Analysis : Stay informed about insurance market trends and regulations to better serve and advise clients.
Collaboration : Work closely with insurance carriers and internal teams to facilitate the best outcomes for clients.
Administrative Tasks : Ensure all client information and policy documents are accurately maintained and filed in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance or a related field.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts.
Customer Service : Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
Detail-Oriented : High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and policy handling.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organization : Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Familiarity with insurance software and tools is preferred.
