We are seeking a highly engaging and relationship-focused Salesperson to join our dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) Sales team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and helping businesses succeed with tailored IT solutions.
As a key member of our growing sales team, you will be engaged in identifying, qualifying and closing new business. This includes; executing cold and warm outreach, hosting discovery calls and presenting Protected Harbor Value Propositions, attending tradeshows and fostering long-term partnerships. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where your ability to connect with others and provide exceptional customer experiences will drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Outreach: Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their challenges and present our solutions.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients becoming a trusted advisor for their IT needs.
· Needs Assessment: Listen to client pain points and collaborate with technical teams to align our services with their goals.
· Sales Process: Assist in crafting proposals, delivering presentations, and closing deals while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach.
· Networking: Attend events, webinars, Tradeshows, and conferences to connect with decision-makers and expand the company's network.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical teams, and account managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better position our services.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field (preferred but not required).
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a plus.
· Basic understanding of IT or MSP services is a bonus, but training will be provided.
