Position Overview:
Review of investigative forms for completeness, accuracy, and correct type of investigation needed. Follow up with requesting or investigating offices to fill gaps in needed information.
*This position may require the employee to come into the office as little as 1 time per week or as much as 5 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives telephone calls and respond to incoming e-mail messages on "Customer Service" web address.
- Ability to review e-QIP request online and provide technical assistance with the applicant.
- Prepares, submits, monitors, and updates computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support
- in personnel security functions.
- Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Written and oral communications skills commensurate with positions
