Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Job Coordination
- Schedule insulation jobs and coordinate with customers to confirm readiness.
- Create and manage job tickets for each project.
- Verify job details and ensure installers have the necessary information.
Material Handling & Inventory
- Schedule and oversee material deliveries to job sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and post updates.
- Ensure materials are available and stocked properly for upcoming jobs.
Quality Control & Support
- Perform touch-up work as needed to ensure high-quality installations.
- Conduct site visits to check on installers and ensure work meets company standards.
- Address any issues or concerns on-site to prevent delays.
Customer & Team Communication
- Confirm job readiness with customers before installation.
- Provide updates to the team regarding schedules, job status, and any required changes.
- Act as a liaison between installers, management, and clients to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations (construction or insulation industry preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of insulation materials and installation processes (preferred but not required).
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, installers, and suppliers.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling job-site challenges.
- Valid driver’s license (for site visits and material deliveries, if needed).
