Summary
This role of the Warehouse Receiving Associate requires the ability to understand and execute various aspects of unloading, carton stacking, RF receiving, replenishment / put away, traffic cone boxing and movement of product within a warehouse / distribution facility.
Responsibilities
Follow safety and standard operating procedures at all times
Unload product by hand from ocean containers and hand stack / wrap pallets to prepare for put- away
Pack and unpack cones and other product
Ability to read part numbers on carton and differentiate among varying typeface and font size
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Physical Demands
Must have attention to detail.
Language skills : Able to read, write, speak and or comprehend basic English
Math skills : Basic
Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, twist, pull, push, and reach above shoulder level and below waist
Able to lift to up 60 lbs.
Work environment : distribution center that is not temperature controlled
Ability to work inside hot / cold shipping containers
