Since 1962, our Asset Protection Division has been a trusted provider of F&I solutions for the automotive industry. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of vehicle protection plans, maintenance programs, and other F&I products to thousands of dealerships. Our Operations team is dedicated to supporting and enhancing our platform solutions, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst II- Platform Owner to join us.
This role is responsible for driving the business strategy, development, and continuous improvement of NICE CXOne and other AI tools and digital platforms. You will work closely with a multi-faceted team that supports employee readiness to ensure these platforms meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives. Additionally, you will support business analytics requests by leveraging reporting tools such as Power BI, NICE CXOne, SQL, and others upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy: Own and execute the business strategy for NICE CXOne and other AI tools and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with Operations strategic goals.
- Project Management: Utilize project management skills to oversee the implementation and enhancement of platform features and capabilities.
- Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the roadmap for NICE CXOne and other platforms, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Business Analytics: Support business analytics requests by leveraging reporting tools such as Power BI, NICE CXOne, SQL, and others to provide insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the platforms competitive.
- Budget Management: Manage the platform budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in systems analytics, platform management, project management, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and platform architecture.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Business Analytics: Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Power BI, NICE CXOne, SQL, and others to support business analytics requests.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $61,000 to $89,475. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
