Description:
The contractor must develop system and user documentation for both existing and newly deployed application software. The contractor must provide the following documentation:
The US Government Client requires a period not to exceed fifteen (15) business days after receipt of final deliverable items for inspection and acceptance or rejection.
When requested by the US Government Client Software Architect, the contractor must provide necessary documents upon each completed phase of Project:
Non-conforming products or services will be rejected. Deficiencies must be corrected, by the contractor, within ten (10) business days of the rejection notice. If the deficiencies cannot be corrected within ten (10) business days, the contractor will immediately notify the COR the reason for the delay and provide a proposed corrective action plan within ten (10) business days.
CONTRACT DURATION: 6 Months Temp to Hire

- Must not have traveled outside of the United States for more than 180 days in the last five years

Description:
- Performance hours – flexible based on needs of US Government Client management. The supplier should be able to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- The work must be performed according to US Government Client policies based on the Software Delivery Framework and secure coding practices.
- US Government Client requires the Supplier to provide resources to support Finance & Payment Technology Services for application and system development, maintenance, and overall technical support as required. The contractor must enhance and support these production applications and create new applications as the need arises.
- Analyze existing Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, VSAM, CICS and FTP application objects documenting current processes ensuring the information is accurate and can be easily understood by the business owner so they can make decisions on modernizing that applications processes.
- Refresh the Mainframe SIT and CAT application environments with Production data when requested.
- Execute the Mainframe SIT and CAT batch processing cycles when requested.
- Resolve any Mainframe SIT and CAT batch processing errors that occur.
- Apply business requested requirements to the Mainframe application COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL, VSAM, CICS and FTP objects when requested.
- Resolve all defects deemed critical for production before implementing.
- Will ensure the Technology Solutions Life Cycle (TSLC) process is being followed having the US Government Client Software Architect along with the US Government Client Business Owner(s) review and approve the SIT and CAT results before migrating into the Production environment.
- Strong implementation background and ability to solution complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools (preferably VersionOne) and IT Service Management Systems (preferably ServiceNow).
- Update configuration diagrams and other documentation.
- Utilize an iterative development methodology and attend Agile ceremonies for all work done under this contract. The methodology must allow users to examine the validity and accuracy of the business requirements and to respond to the usability and performance of any new deployments or installs.
- Show a high level of competence in the US Government Client operating environment.
- Acquires a thorough knowledge of the assigned systems and understands the US Government Client business processes that support it.
- Provides on-call and after hours support as required to support the production systems.
- As directed by the Software Architect, effectively and proactively work with customers/end users of application(s) to ensure needs are being met / managed in a positive manner.

- Construction phase documents must include Source Code Baselines, Compile Time-Files, and Component executables.
- Transition phase document must include User Guide, Analysis and Design Package, and Maintenance and Deployment Package.
- Other documents deemed necessary.
- The US Government Client will provide PCTS timesheet approvals.
- The US Government Client must provide written notification of acceptance or rejection of all final deliverables within fifteen (15) business days. All notifications of rejection will be accompanied with an explanation of the specific deficiencies causing the rejection.
