What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at PROTEK MODELS, LLC?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
- Support upper management by performing data entry including updating electronic and manual files and records
- Sort and distribute incoming mail including accepting deliveries and packages. Filter through the company email and forward the information to the appropriate team member.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Delivering/Picking Up Orders: Drop off packages to FedEx and/or UPS
- Using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanner and photocopiers
- Perform other duties as assigned and as needs arise
Qualifications
- Individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel and QuickBooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Valid driver's license
