ProTek Recycling is hiring an office assistant. This individual will be responsible for generalized office tasks, customer relations, assisting with dispatch and logistics, as well as working in accounts payable and receivable in Quickbooks(Intuit). This job will include taking incoming calls, making calls to clients, filing, office support, payroll submissions, and using a company data management system (Insightly).
Skills:
- Must be detail oriented.
- Be able to provide good customer service and support.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work as a part of a team.
- Communicate well.
Requirements:
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- 1 year or more experience in a similar job or field
- Random substance screenings throughout employment
- Experience with QuickBooks is a required.
- GED/HS Diploma

We process all the technology to find alternative markets or recycling streams for the different products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
