Position Title: CMBS Finance Transactions Associate

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for CMBS Finance Transactions Associate with our client.

Job Description:

• Client is seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally qualified associate (at least three to six years of experience) to join its nationally recognized CMBS practice.
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• General finance transactions
• Securities and capital market transactions
• Real estate finance, including real estate capital markets experience
• Commercial real estate lending and securitization, including modifications, workouts and other servicing transactions.
• Success applicants will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and a commercial, client-focused attitude.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in nationally recognized CMBS practice.
