Position Title: Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Associate

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Associate, with our client that is located in Seattle, WA.

Project Description:

• The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and participation in all phases of litigation, with a focus on Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, including white collar criminal matters, corporate internal investigations, civil regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and False Claims Act cases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complex litigation experience within a big law firm setting.
• Highly developed research and writing skills.
• Preferred Experience includes handling motions, depositions, and assisting in all stages of discovery and trial work.
• Experience as a federal or state prosecutor or federal criminal defense lawyer.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s Law degree required

• Job Type: Direct Hire
• Salary Range: $215K-$290K.
