Join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst is a partner to Revenue Operations and Sales leadership and is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on customer interactions, sales process, and seller behaviors to identify trends and critical business insights. The position will bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present it in actionable ways that will improve productivity, optimize processes, and drive achievement of revenue goals.
This is a hybrid role based out of Maple Plain, MN.
You Will Be Responsible For :
- Data Aggregation and Cleansing : locate, extract, and gather data from disparate.
- Data Analysis : analyze sales trends and customer behavior data to identify patterns.
- Visualized Reporting : create sales reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics, sales performance and activities.
- Identify Trends & Growth Opportunities : monitor business trends to identify areas of exploration and improvement.
- Operating and Reporting Cadence : Maintain a regular reporting schedule and meetings with sales leaders, including pipeline / forecasts, monthly / quarterly / year end.
- Data Integrity Audits : Review the organization's data across systems (CRM, MAP, ERP, and productivity tools) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- General Sales Operations Support : Additional tasks as assigned.

Actual pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, job function, work experience, specialized skills, training, education, and certifications.

Physical Demands :
While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and printer; reach with hands, and arms, talk, see and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel and must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment :
Indoors (A / C); nonsmoking; the majority of this job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions. However, there may be job duties that require the employee to spend time in the manufacturing areas exposed to machinery and noise; eye protection occasionally required. Occasionally works in outside weather conditions. Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
