Job Summary
The Retention Admin. position is responsible for supporting the company’s overall sales objectives through retention and customer win back initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing and executing strategies to retain customers, addressing their concerns, and trying to retain the customer.
Job Functions
· Analyze and review customer runoff results.
· Meet a monthly % decrease goal, which will be defined by the Director.
· Execute aggressive retention strategies based on management feedback.
· Assist Director and Sales Managers in increasing revenue via the status report, rejected report, and/or sales that did not close.
· Negotiate with customers to re-enroll contracts and retain accounts.
· Meet with Management to discuss, share, and review report trends and patterns.
· Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance business processes pertaining to retention.
· Build positive relationships with customers and sales representatives.
· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and sales representatives to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
· Support Director and other department as needed.
· Collaborate with team members from other departments to improve efficiency and overall results.
· Give prompt reports on crucial issues to the Director and suggest solutions where obtainable.
Job Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED.
· Must have 3 years of sales experience with knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
· Highly analytical.
· Ability to forward think and be creative with suggestions of improvement.
· Ability to demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
