What You’ll Do

As the General Manager you’ll pave the way for success in the U.S. by:

• Building Bridges: Connecting the dots between the USA and Canada, ensuring seamless communication and a shared culture of innovation, respect, and growth.
• Shaping Operations: Assisting our COOs and Management to launch and refine processes, implement systems, and get things up and running.
• Leading with Purpose: Guiding various teams with a servant-leader mindset, fostering collaboration, and empowering others to excel.
• Driving Goals: Setting and achieving ambitious objectives that fuel growth while keeping an eye on the big picture.
• Championing Resilience: Tackling challenges with flexibility and positivity, never losing sight of the mission—even when the going gets tough.
• Cultivating Culture: Embedding our values and practices into the U.S. operation to ensure it feels as dynamic and collaborative as our Canadian headquarters.
