What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Lead, your primary focus will be on leading, mentoring, and developing a dedicated team responsible for shipping, receiving, purchasing, and inventory management. You’ll be responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly, resolving challenges, and ensuring our high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork are always met. You will have the autonomy to make critical decisions that enhance our logistics operations while maintaining our high standards of quality.

✔ Coaching & Leading: Guiding and coaching your team, conducting performance audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Managing Workflow: Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring everything runs on schedule.
✔ Problem-Solving: Address conflicts and challenges with a fair, solution-oriented approach.
✔ Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in shipments, tracking, and processes.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to keep everything on track.

About You
