Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations from the ground up at our newest location in Wilmington.

What You’ll Do
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with our team to ensure that machinery and equipment are running at peak performance. Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions and resolving production outages.
- Keeping our maintenance tracking software up to date with equipment status and logs.
- Sourcing repair parts and coordinating with external vendors for timely delivery.
- Communicating equipment status and repair updates with management and production teams.
- Working alongside your maintenance teammates to boost performance and support growth in our manufacturing capabilities.
This role requires after-hours and on-call availability, including weekends, to quickly address critical equipment issues and maintain our production momentum.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s both technically skilled and a team player. Ideal candidates will have:
- A diploma, certificate, or completion of an apprenticeship program is an asset.
- Two or more years of experience in a troubleshooting/maintenance role.
- A solid understanding of instrumentation, electronics, and automation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
