About the Role

We’re looking for a Production Lead to join our growing team in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be guiding and supporting a team of production staff to keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You'll play a vital part in achieving production goals, upholding quality standards, and ensuring everyone stays on track and supported. And when the need arises? You'll be right there on the floor, filling in or jumping in as a trainer to help get new team members up to speed.

Your Mission 🚀

• Lead and inspire a dedicated production team to meet daily, weekly, and long-term production goals.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety in every task and decision.
• Step in where needed—whether that’s operating machinery, coaching a team member, or troubleshooting a process hiccup.
• Serve as a trainer to new employees and help set the tone for an inclusive and performance-driven team culture.
• Play a key role in knowledge transfer: Ideally, you'll travel to Canada for two weeks to learn firsthand how to operate new machinery being brought into the Wilmington facility—and then help train others once it’s operational stateside.
