Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our organization. In this role, you will be supporting customers, production, sales, estimating and design. Your ability to understand the business and communicate effectively will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
Other projects occasionally assigned by management.
Skills
A background in packaging and two or more years of corrugated packaging industry experience in customer support is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
Proficient in computer use, including data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Excellent analytical skills.
