Essential Job Responsibilities
- Detailed responsibilities include employee relations, leave management, recruitment, HR Operations, Compliance, HRIS management, and onboarding.
- Support HR operations, including employee changes, compliance, HRIS management, and occasional recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including Unemployment, Form I9, EEO, AAP, ADA, ACA, OSHA, FLSA, Wage and Hour, and FMLA requirements.
- Oversee internal audits of HR records, systems, and databases; monitor key HR metrics and generate reports.
- Review and update policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate on tools and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and growth.
- Explain benefits programs to employees, address inquiries, and assist with the enrollment process.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.

- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 with a performance-based year-end bonus (pay transparency required in NY).
