🕒 Schedule: 2nd Shift | 5 – 8-hour shifts | Overtime available

What You’ll Do:
✔ Independently execute advanced CNC machining and programming
✔ Design and implement custom fixtures for production efficiency
✔ Apply advanced lathe and true 5th axis machining techniques
✔ Collaborate with Project Managers on time, cost, and scope planning
✔ Mentor and train junior machinists to elevate team performance
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5-7 years of relevant CNC Machining, setup and programming experience.
✅ Expertise in 2D/3D programming and multi-axis machining
✅ Strong knowledge of lathe operations, complex fixturing, and high-tolerance machining
✅ Proficiency with Fusion 360 or related CAM software
✅ Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical & Work Environment:
⚙ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
⚙ Exposure to machining components, coolants, and airborne particles
⚙ Moderate to extreme noise conditions—hearing protection provided as needed
