Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

**Education & Professional Experience:** A High School diploma or GED is required, while manufacturing experience and experience in prototyping are preferred. Two years of experience operating laser/punch machines is also essential for this position. Your strong understanding of blueprint reading, basic inspection equipment, and forklift operation will enable you to effectively perform the duties of this role.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following technical competencies:

• Moderate ability to read and understand blueprints
• Understanding of basic inspection equipment
• Forklift license
