Applied Behavior Analysis Program Coordinator -Randolph, MA

Responsibilities :
Experience in ABA Assessments : Must be experienced or willing to train in conducting ABA assessments, including :
ABLLS-R (Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills)
FBA (Functional Behavior Assessment)
AFLS-ALL (Assessment of Functional Living Skills)
VB-MAPP (Milestones Assessment and Placement Program)
Training Capability : Must train clinicians to :
Conduct ABA assessments (ABLLS-R, FBA, AFLS-ALL, VB-MAPP).
Supervise paraprofessionals.
Deliver parent training in community settings.
Insurance Assessments : Must be able or willing to train in conducting insurance authentication and assessments.
Supervision Duties : Provide oversight and supervision to paraprofessionals in various settings.
Parent Training : Conduct training sessions for parents within community environments.
Travel Requirements :
Must be willing to travel to designated towns and clients' homes.
Adaptability : Clinician must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to be trained in required skills and tasks.
Collaborative Approach : Work collaboratively with clinicians and paraprofessionals to deliver effective ABA programs.
Experience : Must have prior relevant experience and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Education, Licensure, and Experience :
Bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education / Child Development / Social Work / Mental Health Counseling
MA Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst and obtain License Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA) MA Licensure, OR Currently holds Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification
Must be culturally and linguistically competent; bilingual is a plus ( Haitian Creole,Portuguese Creole, Spanish, Chinese, Cambodian, or Vietnamese).
