Key Responsibilities
- Provide injury prevention services within an occupational setting, including Symptom Intervention (SI) and onsite visits.
- Develop and implement proactive injury prevention strategies to minimize risks and enhance employee wellness.
- Educate and engage employees on injury prevention, wellness, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management teams and colleagues to foster a safe, positive work environment.
- Mentor and guide fellow team members, providing leadership in clinical settings.
- Stay current with industry best practices, ensuring effective care and adherence to safety regulations.
- Current certification through the Board of Certification (BOC) is required.
- Must be licensed in the state of Kansas or eligible for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees and collaborate effectively.
- A natural leader who is able to mentor others and think creatively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in industrial settings or injury prevention is a plus.
