Job Title: Staff Audiologist
📍 Location: Fort Wayne, IN
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (No weekends or on-call)
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed and certified Audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a Master's Degree in Audiology and be passionate about providing high-quality diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing care to patients of all ages. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
✔ Perform and interpret comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests for pediatric and adult patients.
✔ Conduct specialized audiological testing, including ABR, OAE, real ear measurements, and cochlear implant evaluations.
✔ Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
✔ Educate patients on hearing device options, costs, and maintenance.
✔ Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and handle insurance-related documentation.
✔ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to determine treatment plans.
✔ Travel to satellite offices as needed to provide audiology services.
Qualifications
✅ Master's Degree in Audiology (or higher) and state licensure (or ability to obtain).
✅ Strong patient care and communication skills.
✅ Experience with hearing aid technology and audiology diagnostic equipment is preferred.
✅ Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and patient follow-ups effectively.

💰 Competitive salary - Starting at $65K base for new grads $1,200 monthly guaranteed commission (or 7% of gross sales, whichever is greater).
