Job Title: Staff Audiologist
π Location: Fort Wayne, IN
π Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (No weekends or on-call)
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed and certified Audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a Master's Degree in Audiology and be passionate about providing high-quality diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing care to patients of all ages. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
β Perform and interpret comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests for pediatric and adult patients.
β Conduct specialized audiological testing, including ABR, OAE, real ear measurements, and cochlear implant evaluations.
β Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
β Educate patients on hearing device options, costs, and maintenance.
β Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and handle insurance-related documentation.
β Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to determine treatment plans.
β Travel to satellite offices as needed to provide audiology services.
Qualifications
β Master's Degree in Audiology (or higher) and state licensure (or ability to obtain).
β Strong patient care and communication skills.
β Experience with hearing aid technology and audiology diagnostic equipment is preferred.
β Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and patient follow-ups effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
π° Competitive salary - Starting at $65K base for new grads $1,200 monthly guaranteed commission (or 7% of gross sales, whichever is greater).
