Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Alpharetta, GA
Sign-On Bonus Available.

Job Summary :
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and providing direct supervision to patients receiving therapy in both home and clinic settings. This role involves conducting intake assessments, monitoring treatment plans, training families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide in-person and remote direct supervision to patients receiving therapy.
Oversee a caseload of 6-10 patients and ensure treatment efficacy.
Accurately record and analyze client data to measure progress.
Train and educate families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, families, RBTs, and the Clinical Director.
Travel between clinic and home-based sessions as needed.
Qualifications :
BCBA certification (Required)
Master's Degree in a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA (2 years preferred)
Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
Access to reliable transportation for travel between clinic and home settings
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
