Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments using tools such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure measurable improvement.
- Document medical records and upload reports to Central Reach, adhering to organizational policies.
- Ensure timely entry of progress notes into client medical records.
- Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and RBTs, including conducting RBT competency checks.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and maintain a minimum caseload of 25 billable hours per week (subject to change based on company needs).
- Conduct parent training sessions per the Plan of Care (POC) and maintain regular communication with families.
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Proven experience in patient care, particularly in behavioral health.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
