Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (CFNP) to join our healthcare team. The CNP will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualification
- Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM (Clinic closes at noon, but the afternoon is dedicated to admin tasks, training, or catching up on notes. If work is completed, the provider can leave at noon.)

- Associate or Master's in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Family Practice outpatient setting
- Active State Nurse Practitioner License is required
